Your new home is custom-built for care and comfort. Our standard rooms are spacious enough for your personal touches, including several pieces of furniture. Premium rooms offer additional features like an ensuite, kitchenette or more space — ideal for couples.
If progressive, responsive care in Maida Vale’s warm, connected home sounds right for you, our compassionate team will guide you through the needs assessment process. With more than 40 years in Aotearoa’s aged care system, we understand the complexities and paperwork involved. 24/7 Hospital Care
Our residents have the peace of mind of knowing they can stay at Maida Vale, even as their needs become more complex — receiving high-quality care from people who know them well, in a familiar, supportive setting.
We partner with local primary aged-care specialists Third Age. Their General Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners bring advanced clinical expertise and work as a fully integrated part of our team — collaborating seamlessly with our registered nurses and care staff.
Some of our residents have been at Maida Vale for many years — as much a part of our whānau as we are of theirs. We honour your wishes with dignity, empathy and genuine care, holding space for your loved ones to support you and each other.
Our clinical team is skilled at managing complex and life-limiting conditions and, if needed, providing compassionate, best-practice palliative (end-of-life) care. We consider it a privilege to support residents and families through this time.
Hospital level of care is available at Woodrow Grove and Mountain View care facilities inclusive of the Mountain View serviced apartments.
